Audubon Homes | Huge Natural Habitat Surrounded Audubon Homes
Are you considering searching through the many Audubon homes for sale? Thinking of learning more about the Audubon homes and various elements provided by the city? Audubon is a small town about 25 miles away from Philadelphia. Many of the Audubon houses are surrounded by the vast greenery that is reserved for habitat reservation or designated park and trail areas. A whole new world is opened up by the great outdoor experience that awaits with the many Audubon homes. The popular Audubon house structure is the single family housing unit. The style of the single family Audubon can vary from a more modern house that has a newly constructed feel to it to the older more contemporary one floor ranch style homes. There are many trees and greenery around the different Audubon houses and neighborhoods but many of the Audubon homes feature huge lawn space in both the front and back yards.
Audubon Home Prices
Audubon real estate has taken a drastic decrease in value. Many of the various Audubon Realtors are noticing that the value of Audubon homes has started to level off but the homes are still occasionally decrease in listing price. The median Audubon home price is $304,000. Various Audubon home listing prices range from the low $200,000 for tiny single family homes with small yards to the mid $600,000 for huge newly constructed Colonial style homes with large front and back yards.
Audubon Homes Schools
Pupils that live within the various Audubon Homes will attend schools through the Methacton School District. Only three public schools are available to students grades K-12 in the Audubon area. Grades K-4 are housed in Audubon Elementary School. Middle school hold grades 5-8 at Arcola Intermediate, and high school students are schooled at Methacton Senior High School.
Audubon Homes and Nearby Restaurants
Audubon restaurants are known for their local eatery atmosphere. There are many regular customers that eat several times a week at the restaurants and the friendly atmosphere within the restaurant makes it feel as if everyone knows everybody else. Within walking distance or a very short car ride from the Audubon homes the various restaurants are sure to be Audubon home owners favorites. Two of my favorite local restaurants include Tony’s Pizzeria where pizza night isn’t just on Friday’s and Audubon Ale House which serves a wide range of bar style foods from sandwiches to wraps and wings. Chadwicks is the best for American Cuisine in fine dining style.
Audubon Homes Outdoor Activities through Trails and Natural Habitats
Audubon homes are closest to Pennsylvania’s largest natural habitat. Known by the locals as Pawlings Farm it houses huge areas of reserved areas of natural wildlife habitat. Birders from all over the east coast come by to see what rare or unique birds have stopped by. There is an unpaved trail that winds throughout the habitat that provides scenic views of the various wildlife and wetlands. Another trail that is almost in the backyard of many of the Audubon homes is the Schuylkill River Trail, this trail is a massive 13.5 mile trail that as picturesque views and travels through the backyard of the various smaller Philadelphia towns.
